Center)

We will gathered  to assemble Valentine’s poems and flowers which
some of us distributed to an assisted living facility. Free.
We donated our time to express love to our elders.

Tips for Tutors   March 27, 2010

Marcielle spoke to Whittier Literacy Council on how
their tutors could best work with clients. She used poetry
examples and methods to catch learners’ attention.

will have Marcielle for a two-hour seminar on
March 27, 2010, from 10 am – 12 noon

Open Mic: All Performers Invited

Bring your poems, guitars, friends, and good cheer.
We do open mics at Cafe Culture,  Bean Town, and other venues.

Kid’s Craft Day
2 hours
A materials fee will be requested, but it will be small. (Between $3-$6)
We will have crafts that appeal to children of all faiths and those who are not religious.
Childern are invited to assemble fun crafts. Non-religious crafts. Ages 5- 12.
There will be healthful snacks and at least three responsible adults present. Parents welcome.
