Having organized events since 1981, Marcielle is proficient in all aspects of small events organizing, advertising, hosting, and emceeing. It takes a great deal of planning, timing, and perserverance to get an event off the ground and flying. If you need help in this, we deliver. Most likely, you will be able to write the cost off your taxes.

Three basic packages:

Bronze Package
Marcielle will conference with the client in three 30-minute phone calls. Client receives written guidelines, designed by Marcielle with step-by-step instructions of exactly what you need to do in order to create and produce a successful event that you can be  proud of. You do the actual work with Marcielle as your coach.

Silver Package
$500.00 Marcielle will give you the everything you get in the Bronze package with more personal guidance added, a “Press Release” sample, three local contacts where you can list your event, and an additional two 30-minute phone calls.

Gold Package
$1,000.00 You get all of the above, including 10 more events-announcements contacts. Also, Marcielle will personally help organize your event for you. This includes: helping you find the perfect venue.

Marcielle does not provide food, sound systems, or other materials, unless we create a separate aggreement for those needs. If you would like her to emcee the event, photograph it, or find a photographer, we can negotiate terms on these services as well.

All parties involved will sign a contract for these services and monies, which will be honored (completed) by the agreed-upon dates.

Below are a few examples of events Marcielle has organized from beginning to finish.

–Valentine’s Peace Project( an international organization) Marcielle has done something for this org. for three years in a row, from 2007-2009, at Tree of Life Center & Cafe Culture.
— Attract Success. Marcielle created this presentation with an 8-page workbook for attendees. She filled up the venue at Tree of Life Center. It was a very successful event.

— GV6: The Odyssey, Poets, Passion, & Potry kick-off screening of the documentary of Los Angeles poets with Q & A.
We packed Cafe Culture and all had a fabulous time. It was the most exciting & well-attended event of the tour.

–Lives in the Balance (2002), a variety show at Sierra Madre Playhouse.  Marcielle organized and hosted this event. She filled the theatre to standing room only &  made $800 for the Los Angeles Coalition to End Hunger and  Homelessness. She donated the entire amount to the org. and did not recoup her costs for theatre rental, advertising, and champagne reception.

–International PEN’s Celebration of Banned Books. Many film and literary celebrities read from their favorite banned books in a two-day event on Santa Monica’s Promenade.
